Ecosure attending Queensland's Energy Conference
The Ecology and Environmental Management team of Ecosure is looking forward to attending the upcoming Queensland Energy Conference which will be held in February at Rydges South Bank, Brisbane. The event is an opportunity for Ecosure to showcase its sustainable energy solutions and network with industry leaders in the field.
The Palaszczuk government recently unveiled their target of achieving 70% renewable energy by 2032, allocating funds for clean energy projects throughout the State in order to help Queensland rebound economically from Covid-19. According to a joint analysis carried out by Green Energy Markets and Solar Citizens, more than 51,000 jobs could be generated should every large-scale renewable energy project currently underway receive approval. This would not only boost employment figures but also propel Queensland towards greater sustainability!
The conference will feature a range of sessions and presentations from leading experts in the energy sector, as well as panel discussions, Q&A’s and networking opportunities. Ecosure has extensive experience working with renewable energy developers and constructors including RES Group, Epuron, Lacour Energy, Acciona, RCR Tomlinson and UGL. Offering a whole of lifecycle service for the environmental services for projects from preliminary desktop assessment and scoping to Biodiversity Development Assessment Reports, environmental impact assessment, micro-siting and post-approval monitoring.
The Ecology and Environmental Management and the Wildlife Management teams of Ecosure will use the Queensland Energy Conference to share their knowledge and experiences in order to help shape the future of energy development in Queensland. The team will also be available for one-on-one meetings with industry professionals who are interested in finding out more about working with Ecosure.
