On 28 November 2025, Ecosure’s team came together in Meanjin (Brisbane), on Yuggera and Turrbal Country, for a day celebrating people, purpose, and progress. The summit began with a heartfelt Welcome to Country by Jahmarley Dawson, whose words and didgeridoo performance highlighted the deep bond between people, land, and culture. 

The agenda encouraged collaboration through presentations, team sessions, and hands-on activities, giving everyone a voice in shaping Ecosure’s future. Achievements from all teams were recognised, with major wins, new capabilities, and projects celebrated. Long-serving staff were acknowledged and newcomers warmly welcomed. 

Breakout sessions addressed key topics like communication, technology, ecosystem outcomes, and safety. Teams identified challenges and practical solutions together. The creative Great Ecosure Build-Off showcased teamwork, while project highlights demonstrated the breadth of work across more than 200 sites. 

The summit closed with an optimistic look to 2026, focusing on more integrated projects, stronger safety, better communication, improved systems, and developing leadership and capability across the team. 

Christmas Celebrations and Awards 

As night fell, colleagues gathered in South Brisbane to celebrate and reflect on the year’s successes. The festive dinner was followed by an awards ceremony recognising exceptional contributions:
