Commemorating our achievements through art

It was a great pleasure to have Abigail Chaloupka from the Tamborine Dreaming Project guide Ecosure’s Leadership Team through creating a unique piece of art to commemorate our achievements. The artwork is inspired by Ecosure’s connection with Land and Sea Country and tells the story of our Leadership Team’s contribution as individuals with varied and unique skillsets, and our collaboration as a team.

Abigail is a proud First Nations artist, and together we explored the historical importance of creating art and how the tradition continues today as an expression of culture and to tell stories. Throughout the process we took time to connect with ourselves and learn more about our colleagues, both personally and professionally. There was also plenty of laughter as we got in touch with our creative sides, shared stories and painted with our hands.

The Leadership Team proudly presented their learnings from the workshop and explained the artwork’s meaning to the whole business. The completed artwork is now displayed in our Gold Coast Office in Burleigh Heads.
