International Environmental Scientist joins Ecosure

With more than 25 years’ experience, Lindsay Boyd adds to Ecosure’s already impressive team of talented, solutions driven environmental specialists. Lindsay will join Ecosure’s Rockhampton team bringing Ecosure staff numbers to more than 100.

Since relocating to Queensland Lindsay has been involved in the assessment and approval of State Significant Development inQueensland. She has invaluable experience when it comes to flora and fauna surveys in accordance to state and government legislation, and Environmental Impact Surveys (EISs) for industrial projects,” Mr Smyth said.

Prior to joining Ecosure, Lindsay worked for a Central Queensland local government organisation where she developed a successful team of conservation and pest management specialists. Lindsay has a keen interest in flying-fox and over the past five years has been involved in assessing, advising on and managing flying-fox roosts. She also developed weed, wildlife and fire management programs, preparing land management plans for parcels of land with high conservation values, developing policies, vector control, offset policy requirements and conservation, and planning and implementing conservation related education.

Having recently completed the largest land survey (430kms) ever undertaken in QLD for Arrow Energy, Ecosure continues to demonstrate that no project is too big or small for its team of specialists.
