Mitch joined the Rockhampton Ecosure team as a field operative in 2014. In this diverse role Mitch assisted with revegetation of native flora, treatment and management of declared and environmental weed species, testing and sampling of water quality and management of fauna including spotter-catching practices. Mitch has since completed a Bachelor of Science at Central Queensland University, commenced as a Graduate Ecologist, and now moved into an Ecologist role.
Mitch displays excellent fauna and flora identification skills, is adept in safe 4WD operation, working in arduous conditions, exercising safety in the work place and is comfortable with labour intensive work. This skill set ensures Mitch is prepared and fit for all the requirements of Ecosure’s various clients.
