Trudy has worked for over 20 years in the environment industry with seven of these in local government and over 12 years with Ecosure. Her main focus has been in project management, having managed a range of projects for a diversity of clients including local and state government entities, private landholders and developers. She has extensive community consultation experience, having established and facilitated community catchment groups throughout the Gold Coast, in addition to running public meetings and workshops. Since joining Ecosure Trudy has managed a diversity of projects, written technical reports, conducted compliance monitoring and liaised with stakeholders. As interim Coffs Harbour Manager she was responsible for recruiting and supporting staff and the operations of a regional office.
