Adam Pavitt

Adam joined Ecosure in 2014 and during this time has undertaken various field roles before being employed as a scientist. Previously Adam worked in the horticultural sector on biological pest control research and horticultural crop monitoring.

He has experience in conducting fish surveys, water quality sampling, aquatic and terrestrial habitat assessments, fauna surveys, fauna spotter catcher services, wildlife trapping and human-wildlife conflict. Adam has developed a strong focus in flying-fox management with an excellent working knowledge of flying-fox ecology and welfare.

Adam has assisted in the restoration of many vegetation types around South east Queensland including dune systems, riparian areas, wetlands, sclerophyll sites (wet and dry) and a range of rainforest types. He has also contributed to works on high value conservation sites around the wider Brisbane area.
