Jennifer Young

Jennifer has extensive flora and fauna survey experience conducted; during her time at Ecosure, throughout her studies at Southern Cross University, internship at Ecological Australia and various voluntary positions.

Jennifer has completed the biodiversity offsets scheme accredited assessors’ course and received accreditation. She has conducted assessments for both biodiversity stewardship agreements, biodiversity development assessment reports, streamlined and paddock tree assessments under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016.

Jennifer assists with project administration, coordination of project logistics, scientific report writing and proposal preparation, QGIS mapping as well as data management and analysis. Jennifer is also involved in bird surveys, Elliot trapping, thermal imaging camera trapping, call-playback, spotlighting, flying-fox counts, microbat and SAT surveys on a number of projects.
