Erin Greatbatch

Having recently re-joined the Ecosure team, Erin originally started with Ecosure in 2014 as a casual field officer. During this time, Erin undertook projects involving bush regeneration, weed and pest management, plant survey reports, environmental management services, fauna spotter catching, water quality testing and provided technical advice when required. With re-joining the Ecosure team in 2020, Erin now oversees and actively carries out all field operations in the Central Queensland team.

During her time away from Ecosure, Erin went on to work as a Ranger with Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service in Airlie Beach, Agnes Water and Byfield bases. General duties in this role included organising and overseeing contractors required for field projects and statutory maintenance completion, pest and weed management programs, planned burn operations and wildfire assistance, endangered species capture-tag-release programs, facility construction and maintenance, visitor engagement, educational talks and active involvement with compliance duties as an authorised officer under the relevant legislation.
